Yes we do. We’re based in Cheshire, however we manage projects all across the United Kingdom and Eire.
Are you RICS approved?
Yes, chartered quantity surveyors and project managers, we have several chartered surveyors within our ranks and we operate an assessment of professional competence (APC) programme for our surveyors. View our profile on RICS here:
What does your typical job site look like?
Throughout our years in the construction industry, we have excelled in residential, commercial & industrial jobs of all sizes. No project is too big or too small for us at SPC Partnership.
How are you different from other Fit-Out and Consultant based companies?

How much input do your Designers give?
We have Designers that will digest all of your interests and thoughts, they will give their honest opinion and always recommend what they feel is best for you- even if it doesn’t match their ‘style’.
