Cloggs Footwear

We worked alongside Cloggs Shoes to help them open their first store in Shrewsbury.

We set to work completing the due diligence for the client and working closely with the designer to ensure all statutory consents were sought and Landlord approvals secured whilst cost plans and designs were completed in readiness for engaging with the market.

The project ran smoothly, and the scheme was delivered on time and within the clients, £180,000.00 ‘all in’ budget. The assignment led to a second scheme in York.
