Factory Estates

Factory Estates had approached us to assist them with their build of 14 apartments in Burley House, Higher Hillgate, Stockport.

This was a residential project where we were asked to assist on a project management and quantity surveying point of view.

The refurbishment was successful, and we were very pleased with the result.
