We acted as Employers Agents and Quantity Surveyors for the Design and Build scheme for the construction of 12 new build luxury houses project for 55 weeks.

Built around 1860, the existing plot contained the listed, yet derelict Masonic Lodge. We worked alongside the Designers to develop a scheme that retained the existing façade of the Lodge.

Hillcrest Homes commissioned the design team to develop a scheme that sympathetically set alongside the retained façade whilst at the same time creating state of the art dwellings that would appeal to the local demographic, which notably were young professional families.

 All the dwellings achieved a high level of finish and was described exceptional by the new occupiers.
