We were invited to project manage several schemes that the Pulse Design and Build division had on site.

Our new client had successfully secured work as the preferred Leisure Partner in Norfolk, Derbyshire and Aberdeen and the increased workload required their business to widen their team through organisations such as ours.

The core of the assignment was contract management and programme control and essentially ensuring the supply chain were well managed and coordinated to achieve the programme milestones.

Before long we became embedded at the heart of the contracts and our client became reliant on our role during their exceptionally busy time, which took in contracts at Great Yarmouth Leisure Centre (Norfolk) Jesmond & Fraserbrough Fitness Centres (Aberdeen) but the bulk of our work was focussed around Derbyshire which included the new build Arc Leisure Centre in Clown and the extensive refurbishments of Eckington and Dronfield Leisure Centres.
