Rock Up

Rock Up is an indoor climbing experience for thrill seekers which brings adventure activities to the UK’s shopping centres.

We won the Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles for Rock Up, negotiated terms and established new processes and specification documents to assist in their delivery.  Following schemes in Birmingham and Hull, we oversaw the delivery of a scheme in Watford.

During the project, we established our sister company SPC Construct, this entitled us to take ownership of the supply chain and have direct control over all the contract variables.

As a result, we delivered a fantastic scheme in Rushden Lakes and Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex.
