The Alchemist

The would be our first restaurant on behalf of Living Ventures.

Located on the first floor of the brand new Trinity Shopping Centre in Leeds, the project was constructed in tandem with the landlord works and was one of numerous fit outs taking place at the same time.  As a result deliveries and accessing site required meticulous planning and coordination as each delivery, even the smallest ones required booking through security which generally required 48 hours’ notice; which as most would appreciate is not conducive with construction deadlines!

Nevertheless, we overcame the issues and completed the project in readiness for the grand opening of the centre and the restaurant was fully booked throughout the day.  Tim Bacon CEO of Living Ventures very kindly recognised our efforts by saying, “This restaurant would never have completed on time without SPC”.

Sadly Tim passed away in 2016, he was an inspiration to our business and we’ll never forget the opportunity he gave us to work with him and his team.  RIP Tim
